Job Title : Primary Care Physician (MD / DO)
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Schedule : Full Time (Mon-Fri 0800-1700)
Patient Load : 15-20 Patient / Day Average
Wage : $240,000 - $260,000 / year base
Benefits : Full Benefit Package
Call : No Call
Setting : Outpatient Family Medicine / Primary Care Clinic
Welcoming Family Medicine / Internal medicine / Primary Care Physician to join our team. We are open to experienced providers or new graduates.

Responsibilities
- Well visits : Well Woman Exams, Complete Annual Physicals, AWV
- Same day appointments (fever, UTI, headache, allergies, etc)
- Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, etc.)
- Preventive care, healthy living, disease prevention
- Ordering Diagnostic Testing & Labs as Needed
- Ability to Understand and Work with Specified Care Flows of Treatment
- Ability to use EHR System Proficiently & Complete Notes in a Timely Manner
Requirements :
- Licensed Medical Provider (MD / DO)
- DEA License Without Restrictions
- No History of Malpractice
- No restrictions with Credentialing with Medicare / medicaid / Commercial Insurances
