Job Description
Confidential search for a Machine Operator supporting advanced composite manufacturing used in aerospace and defense applications. You’ll operate and tend production equipment, follow documented work instructions, and help keep quality, cost, and schedule on track in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Operate equipment for winding, and stretch breaking
Maintain defect logs; measure & record critical parameters with calibrated instruments
Inspect and document parts against work instructions; prep units for next production phase or shipment
Cross-train across work centers; support process improvement projects as assigned
What You’ll Bring
Ability to read, write, and follow detailed work instructions / SOPs
Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and basic math skills
Comfort with tools and mechanical troubleshooting
Required : VantageClear Certification (or equivalent recognized defense / quality / compliance credential)
