Johnson Bros. Bakery Supply, a leader and innovator in the Baking Industry, has an opportunity available in the Dallas and East Texas region for a proven Bilingual Account Manager with extensive sales experience to create long-term, trusting relationships with new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers
- Develop new business from existing customers
- Actively seek new sales opportunities
- Develop sales by making initial presentation, explaining product and service enhancements and additions
- Prepare reports on customer account status
- Act as the Liaison between customers and internal JBBS team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of customer needs
- Be available for customers through email, phone and in-person meetings
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Monitor and analyze customer usage of our product
Qualifications
Bilingual requiredBachelor's degree in appropriate field or equivalent work experienceExperience in the Food Service Industry a plusPrevious experience in food industry preferredExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize a busy workloadMust be self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environmentSalary and Benefits Package
