Job description
A company is looking for a Coding Quality Auditor, HEDIS who will conduct clinical quality audits and data collection for quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct clinical quality audits and identify areas for quality improvement within the HEDIS project
Collect and organize data through chart extraction and review of medical records
Maintain confidentiality of records and collaborate with clinic staff during audits
Required Qualifications
Technical certification / licensure in Medical Assistant, Certified Nurse Assistant, or Licensed Practical Nurse
High School Diploma or GED
3 years of medical record audit experience and familiarity with electronic medical records
2 years of HEDIS and quality management auditing experience
1 year of experience in the medical field as a Medical Assistant, Certified Nurse Assistant, or Licensed Practical Nurse
