Job Requirements And Duties
You must be 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record. You should have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area. You must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

Qualifications
General job duties for all store team members include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and facility.
Training includes orientation and on-the-job training.
Communication skills include the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Essential functions/skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, make correct monetary change, and have motor coordination to make precise movements with speed.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to over 90 degrees, sudden changes in temperature, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, and sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing
Ability to talk and hear on the telephone, near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Temperaments
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing.
