Salary : $15 - $20 Hourly DOE
We are looking for a creative and driven Community Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and increase loyalty within our community.
This role will require a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management expertise to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute community marketing initiatives that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and increase loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that community marketing initiatives align with broader company goals and strategies.
- Identify and develop partnerships with relevant influencers, organizations, and media outlets to expand our reach within the community.
- Create and curate content for social media, blogs, and other communication channels to engage and educate our community.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of community marketing initiatives, provide regular reporting and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage and grow our community database, ensuring that data is clean, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Plan and execute community events, both online and offline, to bring our community together and foster connections.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms and technologies to continually improve our community marketing efforts.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred by not required.
- 3+ years of experience in community marketing or a related field.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with a variety of audiences.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing initiatives that engage and inspire our community.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience in social media management, content creation, and event planning.
- Experience in the tech or startup industry is a plus.
