Job descriptionEducation Preferred : Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, etc.) or 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing engineer. Years of Experience Required : 2-3 years in a manufacturing environment. Recent graduates with relevant internships will be considered, but compensation will reflect experience level. Assembly backgrounds and processes are highly preferred. 1st shift : 5 : 00 AM to 1 : 30 PM Note : Role may require support or transition to off-shift. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Job Posting : Manufacturing Engineer
Location : Onsite in Horicon, WI
Job Responsibilities :
- Spend approximately 50% of the day working on the shop floor.
- Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs, though this will be infrequent.
- Problem solving and trouble shooting skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills for all levels of organization. The role involves direct line support for production employees and communicating project progress to management.
- Knowledge of assembly processes and tooling is highly preferred.
