A company is looking for an Account Manager - US (Remote).
Key Responsibilities :
Manage designated territory, building and maintaining strong customer relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Promote and sell additional product lines to enhance customer value and satisfaction
Conduct virtual demos, presentations, and consultations to showcase product benefits and address customer pain points
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in Healthcare SaaS or software solutions
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through upselling and cross-selling
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
