This is a unique opportunity in Manulife's General Account (GA) Investment teama global platform that supports the company's long-term financial obligations through sophisticated, liability-driven investment strategies. By aligning asset portfolios with product liabilities, this role contributes directly to our mission of delivering sustainable, risk-adjusted returns. Participants will gain exposure to traditional and alternative asset classes, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and hands-on experience in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

You will have the opportunity to work with one or more of the following specialized teams :

Global Corporate Finance

• Source, underwrite, and monitor public and private debt investment opportunities across multiple currencies.
• Conduct credit analysis on existing and potential borrowers to assess their creditworthiness.
• Gain exposure to North American and European markets through direct investments and emerging economies through Asia-based operations.
• Work in one of the five industry teams gaining insight into the sector (Consumer & Industrial, Financial Institutions, Natural Resources & Sustainable Solutions, Power & Infrastructure or Public Sector)

Real Estate Finance

Global Portfolio Management

Global Asset Liability Management (GALM)

Chief Operating Office (COO)

Salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education / training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
