Senior Corporate Development Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities :

Execute corporate development strategy to support growth objectives, including evaluating M&A targets and partnership opportunities

Manage the end-to-end deal process, including due diligence, valuation, and integration

Conduct market analysis to identify trends and provide strategic insights to the executive team

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field

3+ years of experience in a senior role within a principal investor / operator company

Strong financial acumen with experience in financial modeling and valuation

Proven experience in underwriting and valuating development opportunities

Positive attitude, quick learner, and self-starter are required attributes
