Shipping Coordinator Manufacturing Support

Location : Fremont, CA

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (frequent overtime and weekend availability required)

Compensation : $20-$25 / hr

Overview : We're looking for a skilled Shipping Coordinator to join our manufacturing support team. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands the fundamentals of shipping logistics but also sees the bigger picturewhy things are done a certain way and how to improve them. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to manage shipments and resolve issues.
• Apply knowledge of HTS codes for international shipping and customs compliance.
• Follow established procedures while thinking critically about process improvements.
• Support manufacturing operations, especially in capital equipment environments.
• Maintain accurate records and workflows in NetSuite (preferred).
• Communicate effectively with warehouse and production teams.

This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, CA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
