Registered Nurse Women's & Children's Pavilion - Night Shift
The Registered Nurse Women's & Children's Pavilion is responsible for independently planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in patient care situations using standards of care and policy and procedure.
This role provides direct nursing care to patients and assumes teaching and leadership responsibilities while participating in unit committee and quality improvement activities.
The job also requires the nurse to look for opportunities and solutions for process improvement and seek to improve job skills, maintain the principles of confidentiality, participate in data collection on the unit, utilize information systems pertinent to the job, perform thorough admission assessment, and assess age-specific needs.
- Full-time position with a 12-hour night shift schedule at 11190 Health Park Blvd, Naples, FL, 34110
- $15,000 sign-on bonus
- Requires a current RN or APRN license in the State of Florida
- BLS certification required from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association for all areas
- Intermediate computer knowledge : Uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
