This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Dental Assistant who thrives in a dual role-combining hands-on clinical support in the back office with the organizational and patient-focused responsibilities of a Front Desk Coordinator.

Full Time Dental Assistant Schedule :

Monday through Thursday 7 : 45am - 5 : 30pm

  • Responsibilities

  • Assist the Dentists chairside
  • Welcomes patients
  • Assist with front desk responsibilities such as checking patients in and out, answering phones, insurance verification, and other tasks as needed
  • Prepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort
  • Selection and setup of instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as needed
  • Instrument sterilization according to regulations
  • Maintains accurate patient records
  • Lab tasks as instructed
  • Provide post-operative care instructions
  • Maintain clean and stocked operatories
  • Qualifications

  • Florida Essential Functions Dental Assistant Required
  • Billingual English and Spanish required
  • Strong front desk experience since this role requires working both back office and front desk including insurance verification, checking patients in and out, answering phones
  • Organized lead Dental Assistant with at least 2 years of general dentistry experience, with ortho aligners and cerec, 3d printers, scanner, xray, impressions, temps, insurance, treatment presentation etc.
  • Ability to multi task and be proactive in work
  • Ability to present treatment plans to patients
  • Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
  • Understanding of health & safety regulations
  • Experience with digital software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with great positive energy, empathetic, kind and outgoing
