Salary : $24.00-$33.00 Per Hour

Schedule : Weekdays and Weekend Days available.

Focus : The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating daily warehouse activities on their shift, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and supporting the team to meet production and shipping goals.

Warehouse Team Lead Essential Job Functions

• Lead and motivate warehouse associates to safely and accurately perform shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment tasks.
• Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures during the shift.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for shift-related issues, escalating concerns to the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor as needed.
• Assist with training new team members and conducting performance feedback.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying operational efficiencies and safety enhancements.
