Sr. Retirement Sales Consultant

A company is looking for a Sr Retirement Sales Consultant to join their Retirement Sales Distribution Division.

Key Responsibilities

Improve standards and enhance customer experience through core team responsibilities

Support leadership in achieving team objectives and sales goals

Build and maintain relationships with sales clients to exceed sales targets

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in retirement plans or financial services

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of degree)

FINRA S6 and S63 licenses required within 90 days of hire

Life & Health certification required within 120 days of hire

Experience with Stable Value solutions and RFP processes is a plus
