Staff Engineer I

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer I - Research and Development.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the overall technical architecture for applications and platforms

Drive technical vision and strategy across multiple teams, introducing new tools and practices

Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence technical decisions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

12+ years of professional software / infrastructure engineering experience

Deep expertise in areas such as distributed systems, cloud platforms, and DevOps

Proven ability to influence at the organizational level

Strong understanding of cloud platforms, microservices, and software architecture principles
