Zilliant is looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the charge on paid media strategy while orchestrating integrated marketing campaigns that fuel our pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. You'll be responsible for maximizing the performance of paid digital channels, building multi-channel campaigns, and ensuring every marketing investment delivers measurable ROI. You'll work closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints, and you'll report directly to the Senior Director of Demand Generation.

What You'll Do :

• Lead the strategy and execution for paid media across Google Ads, LinkedIn, content syndication, and other digital platforms to drive high-quality leads.
• Create and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that combine paid media with email, social, webinars, and content marketing.
• Write, design, and build targeted email campaigns that engage prospects, nurture leads, and move opportunities through the funnel.
• Monitor and optimize performance daily using analytics and marketing automation tools, turning data into actionable improvements that boost ROI.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure unified messaging, precise targeting, and alignment on campaign goals.
• Own timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure every campaign launches on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
