In the role of Process Lead Warehouse working in Trenton, OH you will build and enhance the operating teams' technical capabilities, focusing on process control mastery through data collection, analysis, and loss elimination. Reporting directly to Sr Manager Customer Service and Supply and you will also closely work with cross-functional operational teams.

What You'll Be Brewing :

• Responsible for the performance and continuous improvement of a designated brewery, working in close partnership with brewery management.
• Lead initiatives to drive operational reliability and performance improvements across people, processes, and equipment, ensuring optimal asset utilization and sustainable results.
• You will be accountable for maintaining data integrity and identifying opportunities to support team performance in alignment with key business objectives.
• Ensure all processes are safe, fully functional, and validated to operate at their designed capacity and inherent reliability standards.
• Drive supply chain improvements through process optimization, asset enhancement.

Pay and Benefits : At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do. Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $71,000.00 - $93,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
