Overview :
The Product Manager owns multiple value streams for the Ansira product portfolio. This role is accountable for end-to-end product lifecycle management, from strategy and discovery through delivery and optimization, operating within the SAFe agile framework. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing customer and market requirements, defining a compelling product vision, and collaborating with product architects and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, market-leading solutions.
The Product Manager partners closely with sales, client services, marketing, and support to ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and training. Leveraging modern practices, including Jira for backlog and progress management as well as AI-driven tools to optimize workflows and decision-making, this role ensures the product roadmap remains competitive, data-informed, and aligned with company strategy.
As Ansira's subject matter expert in marketing automation and distributed channel marketing, the Product Manager drives innovation, efficiency, and measurable business impact, ensuring Ansira continues to lead the market with solutions that deliver exceptional value to customers and partners.
Responsibilities :
- Define software product strategy and roadmap within SAFE, agile framework
- Manage Product Discovery backlog per communicated priorities for delivery at next Product Increment
- Work with product leadership to influence prioritization of product investment
- Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- MVP analysis and responsible phasing of products
- Work with external third parties to assess technical / product partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Competitive research - be an expert with respect to marketing and competition
- Brief and train implementation, client services. and sales staff on existing and upcoming products / product increments
- Responsible for mid-design changes to product and functionality trade-off decisions by working with stakeholders
- Coordinate with technical product architects who will manage the development process
- Work closely with customers to capture future needs and trends
- Own key stakeholders and product requirements gathering within the business including portfolio, client services and marketing, sales and finance teams
- Work with product user experience teams to focus ease-of-use and key user engagement metrics
- Process design around product management best practices
- Maintain and communicate timely updates on product progress, roadmap changes, and key metrics to stakeholders across the organization
- Leverage Jira and other project management tools to track progress, manage backlogs, and optimize team workflows
- Identify and apply AI-driven tools to streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and improve product development efficiency
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in owning product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle in SaaS, digital platforms, or enterprise software.Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to shape product vision.Strong ability to define go-to-market strategies and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure adoption and revenue growth.Skilled in data-driven decision-making : comfortable with product analytics, KPIs, A / B testing, and user insights to guide prioritization.Demonstrated success in setting product vision and influencing executive-level stakeholders.Ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.Experience with portfolio management and prioritizing investments across multiple initiatives.Exceptional leadership presence, with ability to mentor POs, PMs, and cross-functional teams.Excellent storytelling and communication skills; able to translate complex product concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.Not required, but would be a plus
Knowledge of e-commerce, multichannel commerce, online retailing, website user experience, website testing, and other marketing strategies
