IFS Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IFS Project Manager to lead a strategic ERP transformation within a manufacturing environment. This role will oversee the implementation and optimization of IFS Applications, ensuring clean data, aligned processes, effective training, and long-term governance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IFS in manufacturing settings and a strong track record of driving cross-functional ERP success.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the full lifecycle of IFS implementation, including planning, execution, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure clean, reliable data across scheduling, inventory, and other key manufacturing functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to update SOPs and align them with IFS best practices.
• Design and deliver training programs with measurable outcomes for user adoption.
• Establish governance frameworks and internal capabilities to maintain and evolve the system.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for transitioning to IFS Cloud in the future.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, IT, finance, and supply chain.
