Production Supervisor

Production Manager Needed in Minneapolis, MN

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Production Manager to join our team in SE, Minneapolis, MN. This is an on-site position for the 1st shift, operating from 5 AM to 2 : 30 PM. As a permanent employee, you will play a crucial role in leading the daily operations of our compounding and filling departments.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning and execution of daily operations across the compounding and filling departments.
• Develop short- and long-term production strategies.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure inventory alignment and meet demand.
• Supervise production staff, managing set-ups and changeovers.
• Align staffing with production needs, coordinating with production planners.
