Personal Support Worker
Job Summary
At Home Helpers of Martinsburg, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team of caregivers. As a Personal Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and individuals in need, providing vital support and care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and ambulation, as needed
• Support with medication management and administration
• Encourage independence and promote a sense of well-being through engaging activities and conversation
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to our high standards of care
• Collaborate with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Requirements
• $14 - $18 HOURLY competitive hourly rate
• PART_TIME schedule, with flexible options to fit your lifestyle
