PowerPoint Analyst

Job Summary :

Dexian is seeking a PowerPoint Analyst for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities :

• The Reporting Analyst / Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and collection of portfolio, program and project health reports which require the engagement of multiple teams
• This role will help oversee and support our monthly reporting processes
• This role is for a Data Management Technology Enterprise Architecture (DMTEA) Reporting Analyst / Coordinator position on the DMTEA Delivery Team, under the supervision from a DMTEA delivery team manager
• The DMTEA team is responsible for data quality control across Global Technology, development of data technology strategy and the advancement of data management and data protection capabilities in adherence to Enterprise Data policies and standards
• The DMTEA Reporting Analyst / Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and collection of portfolio, program and project health reports which require the engagement of multiple teams
• This role will help oversee and support our monthly reporting processes

Requirements :

• Prior BofA Experience
• Analytical oriented mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal, work in a team environment, meet multiple deadlines and work effectively across organizational lines of businesses
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and use of SharePoint
• Supports a strategy of continuous improvement and acts as liaison with report submitters

Prepare presentations and process overview utilizing complementary data to assist leaders on the reporting process

• Must be self-motivated and is comfortable and effective working with varying levels of guidance
