Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the delivery of high-profile structural engineering projects from concept through construction. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and execution of structural projects across commercial, education, healthcare, civic, and sports sectors.
  • Manage client relationships, project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business development efforts within the Dallas market.
