Project Coordinator

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator / Autotask Dispatcher for Cybersecurity MSP / MSSP.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and dispatch tickets in Autotask, ensuring timely progress and updates

Build and maintain project schedules, timelines, and manage project tasks in Autotask

Coordinate customer communication, escalations, and maintain operational hygiene for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Experience with a PSA tool, preferably Autotask

2-4+ years in IT services, MSP, or technical project coordination / service dispatch role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Solid comfort with Excel / Sheets and task / project management tools

Familiarity with basic project management concepts is preferred
