Business Development Representative (BDR)
We're working with a fast-growing UK-based real estate company that's looking for a reliable and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to support their day-to-day operations.
Role Snapshot :
Position : Business Development Representative
Industry : Real Estate (UK-based client)
Setup : 100% Remote
Schedule : Full-time, fixed shift (UK hours)
Pay : Starts at ?400 / hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities :
Support the client's sales and operations teams with daily CRM updates and pipeline tracking
Manage leads and follow-ups via Pipedrive or similar platforms
Coordinate with prospects and partners through email and calendar scheduling
Assist in process improvement, workflow updates (e.g. Trello boards), and back-end documentation
Prepare reports, follow through on tasks, and ensure team members are aligned on timelines
Ideal Candidate :
At least 2 years of experience in admin, operations, or CRM-based support roles
Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Experience using CRMs like Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
Familiar with Trello or other project / task management tools
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
