Outside Salesperson
United Treating & Distribution, LLC is hiring an Outside Salesperson to manage and grow customer relationships within Eastern Tennessee, Northern Georgia, Alabama, and Kentucky. This role involves regular travel, attending events, and representing our company with professionalism and integrity. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the treated lumber and building products industry.
Work Schedule & Travel
- Work Days : Monday through Friday
- Hours : 7 : 30 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.
- Travel Requirements : 60%90% of the time, including occasional overnight and weekend travel.
- Location : Remote (preferred residence in East Tennessee or North Georgia)
Job Duties
Manage and grow sales within designated territoryMaintain and expand relationships with retail lumber yards and building material dealersVisit customer sites, identify needs, and provide product solutionsDevelop new business and maintain a pipeline of qualified leadsCollaborate with our internal sales and operations teams for great serviceAttend industry events or trade shows (occasional lifting of displays up to 50 pounds).What is Required
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.Ability to work independently from a remote location.Job Qualifications
3+ years of outside sales experience.Industry experience preferred in pressure-treated lumber or building materials.Resides in East Tennessee or North GeorgiaWhy UTD?
