Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement within the FF&E industry and a solid understanding of real estate new developments. This role involves building relationships with developers, architects, and interior designers to drive sales and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and engage with new clients in the real estate development sector.
Provide expert knowledge on FF&E products and solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with project managers and design teams to deliver successful procurement projects.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network
and promote our brand.
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience.
Familiarity with real estate new developments and associated procurement processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
