Client Relations Specialist

PFI InStore is a leading designer and fabricator of retail store displays and fixtures. We specialize in custom injection-molded single-serve coolers and a variety of specialized retail racks made of plastic, wood, metal, and wire. Our team works directly with Fortune 500 brands—including Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Red Bull, and Anheuser-Busch—to create the shopping experiences seen every day in convenience and grocery stores. We are looking for an energetic, industrious Client Relations Specialist to join our in-office team and help us build on decades of success.
The Role
The Client Relations Specialist is the primary engine behind our account success. In this in-office position, you will maintain close strategic alignment with Key Account Managers to drive account growth and operational excellence. This is a client-facing role conducted primarily through phone and virtual meetings. As a key representative of PFI InStore, you will be comfortable interacting with both external and internal stakeholders. We are seeking a well-rounded, solution-driven professional who is self-motivated to support the sales team. Additionally, be a proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of challenges by investigating details and providing data-backed answers.
