Currently, the sales team is looking for a Technical Account Manager to support our customers in the High-Tech industry. Responsibilities : - Manage existing customers and develop new business by analyzing account potential; understand clients’ solution or outsourcing needs and prepare proposals to address customers’ needs. - Analyze opportunities based on the Company’s sales guidelines and follow up with customers with suitable solutions. - Initiate the sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling meetings; presenting solutions; negotiating and closing deals. - facilitate lead development, solution and project design, deal construction, proposal creation and review, negotiation, contract drafting and deal close. - Collaborate with the delivery, presales, and sales team to create technical proposals and organize presentations. - Contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions. - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations. - Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. - Integrate AI solutions into proposals and client engagements, identifying opportunities where AI can enhance business processes and outcomes. - Stay current with AI advancements and how they can be leveraged to meet customer needs. Requirements : - 3+ years’ experience in the IT industry with a proven track record of success in account management, pre-sales, or sales. - Understanding of the outsourcing industry and especially client engagement. - Minimum 1 year of experience as a customer-facing software development Lead, Test Lead, or Program Manager. - Experience in Business Development and Business Analysis preferred. - Excellent reading, writing, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in Mandarin is highly desired. - Excellent computer skills with Microsoft technologies, including MS Office Suite, Project, and Visio. - Proven experience in building strategic partnerships with customers both short-term and long-term. - Quick learner with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
