Pay : $19.00 (weekly pay)

Schedule : Sunday - Thursday with rotating Friday's (OT is Mandatory), 8 : 00 pm - 7 : 30 am

Location : University Dr. and 16th St.

A2Z Workforce is hiring experienced Reach Truck / Cherry Picker Operators for a fast-paced warehouse in South Phoenix . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a respected company offering great long-term benefits once hired on.

Responsibilities :

• Operate Reach Truck and Cherry Picker forklifts
• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts
• Use RF scanners for inventory and product placement
• Lift up to 60 lbs. consistently and up to 120 lbs. occasionally
• Work at heights up to 26 feet, must be comfortable working at these heights while safely operating equipment.
• Be on the move. You should be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to the safety culture, ensuring that you adhere to all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Assist with loading / unloading trucks
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• May assist other departments, such as ecomm, inventory, and will call depending on business needs.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Physical demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be qualified as to visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee must frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Occasionally exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) conduct team lifts or use of mechanical equipment.

Protective equipment required : steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL (self-retracting lifeline). All equipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce except for steel / composite toe boots. All team members must be able to adhere with safety and manufacture guidelines for compliant use of all protective equipment.

Work environment : While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants are prevalent.
