Your Special Skills & Qualities Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or Elementary Education PA Director’s Credential, required At least 2 years related center management experience of mid-size Early Childhood programs Experience successfully partnering with multiple agencies, preferred Outstanding relationship builder within community Demonstrated ability to manage the successful day to day operations of a high-quality center Knowledge and understanding of Keystone STARS Knowledge and experience with Creative Curriculum & PATHS, preferred Wellbeing Perks Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Employer paid basic life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance.
