Position Overview

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide school-based health services in Plymouth, Minnesota for the 20252026 school year. This position combines both general office nursing duties and 1 : 1 student support on an as-needed basis.

Job Details

Schedule : Approximately 36.25 hours per week

Assignment : One building

Caseload :

34 days / week : General office nurse

12 days / week : 1 : 1 nurse coverage when assigned nurse is absent

Student Ages : 1821

Duties Include :

Supporting students with respiratory and tracheostomy devices

Tube feeding as required

Occasional assistance with toileting (minimal)

Managing seizures , administering medication , and performing standard health office responsibilities

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license in Minnesota (required)

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Comfortable working with students who have complex medical needs

Strong communication and teamwork skills
