Continuous Improvement Manager
Responsible for driving efficiency, reducing waste, and improving processes across manufacturing.
You will collaborate with leaders across the enterprise and internal to the plants to support Harmon's CI culture and deploy Apogee Management System (AMS) tools designed to enhance problem solving, improve change management, and support data-driven decision making. This position will also support and lead transformational initiatives to build out a standard operating system in Manufacturing in Mesquite.
Position Description
Your top priority is to collaborate with other business leaders to develop and implement the enterprise-wide operating system utilizing continuous improvement / Lean principles.
- Partner within Continuous Improvement team for program design to drive innovative and sustainable programs applied, with a focus on plant floor productivity
- Lead Continuous Improvement program implementation at our manufacturing facility
- Drive culture change and provide leadership to ensure Continuous Improvement program success
Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering7+ years of experience Lean / Six Sigma RoleConfigured / Custom OEM product manufacturingLean Production System Experience (TPS, CPS, DBS)Direct leadership experience Lean / 6 Sigma CertificationKEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
