What You'll Be Doing
Let's be real; this job is for someone who knows family law inside and out already. We need a legal unicorn who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding. You'll be a key part of our litigation team, helping to ensure that every client receives excellent, efficient, and emotionally intelligent legal service.

Responsibilities
Drafting complaints, motions, discovery requests / responses, financial statements, and parenting plans, discovery – you name it, you're going to have the chance to draft it!Managing client case files, timelines, and deadlinesEnsuring cases proceed efficientlyCommunicating empathetically with clients, courts, and opposing counselReviewing and organizing financial documents, GAL reports, and DCF recordsPreparing cases for hearings and trials—including exhibit binders, timelines, and witness coordinationSupporting attorneys during litigation prep and managing post-judgment follow-upKeeping our lawyers sane (okay, that part's unofficial…but appreciated)Qualifications
Have at least 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in divorce and custody law (Massachusetts procedural experience strongly preferred)Know your way around the Probate and Family Court better than some judges' clerksUnderstand how to draft clean, clear legal documents and aren't afraid of a tight deadlineAre fiercely organized, unshakably reliable, and take on your workCan juggle multiple cases without dropping the ball (or the coffee)Communicate like a pro (or maybe like a coach) with clients, team members, and courtsHave empathy, boundaries, and a solid sense of humorDon't need micromanagement; you're self-motivated, resourceful, and proactiveCompensation : $25 - $40 hourlyJ-18808-Ljbffr
