What You'll Do : To accelerate our momentum, we're expanding our presence in Los Angeles by hiring an Account Director with a proven track record in digital advertising sales within a video platform or publisher. We're looking for someone who brings not just experience, but influence : strong brand and agency relationships, sharp strategic thinking, and a creative, solution-oriented mindset. Driving a consultative and strategic approach to sales and relationship building will be key to driving revenue growth and deepening relationships across Spotter's client ecosystem.

• Build, manage and grow strategic partnerships with customers and agencies across multiple verticals
• Drive revenue through selling premium library of YouTube creator content
• Prospect and expand current relationships to cover entire account list
• Operate with high levels of activity across weekly client meetings and client entertainment

Why Spotter :

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Culver City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is : $150K-$185K salary per year plus commission. The range listed is just one component of Spotter's total compensation package for employees.
