Responsibilities
- Handle all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations during your shift.
- Set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from the crew.
- Manage staffing, paperwork, profit and loss, marketing and store cleanliness.
- Ensure perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance, punctuality and transportation to / from work.
- Practice open availability, leadership, desire to reach goals and people management.
Job Requirements and Duties
Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage.Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete paperwork.Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.Provide orientation and on‑the‑job training.Advancement

Qualifications
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).Open availability and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.Driving proficiency and safe vehicle access for deliveries.Leadership and people‑management experience.Ability to perform essential tasks quickly and accurately (add, subtract, multiply, divide).Proficient verbal, written, and telephone communication.Motor coordination and hand awareness for precise movements.Typing or touch‑screen order entry skills.Essential Functions / Skills
Accurate monetary change handling.Rapid order processing over phone or in person.Strong coordination between eyes and hands / fingers.Touch‑screen or keyboard order entry.Work Conditions
Adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.Temperature variations : 36°F to 90°F+ in work areas.Exposure to food fumes and cornmeal dust.Cramped walk‑in cooler and hot surfaces / tools up to 500°F.Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.Tasks requiring the ability to see and differentiate hot and cold surfaces.Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, and occasional climbing (stairs, ladders).Lifting up to 50 pounds for bulk deliveries, and carrying up to 30 pounds for sauce.Pushing and pulling dollies (up to 30 pounds force).Forward bending, crouching / squatting, and reaching above 7 ft.Eye‑hand coordination and use of forearms and wrists for dough shaping and box assembly.Driving deliveries while carrying pizzas and beverages.Driving Specific Job Duties
