Responsibilities

• Handle all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations during your shift.
• Set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from the crew.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, profit and loss, marketing and store cleanliness.
• Ensure perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance, punctuality and transportation to / from work.
• Practice open availability, leadership, desire to reach goals and people management.
