Operations Associate

A company is looking for an Operations Associate to manage print orders and ensure timely delivery for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day order operations, including placing and tracking print orders with suppliers

Monitor and manage the Order Management queue to maintain workflow efficiency

Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve any issues or delays during the order process

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service roles

Proficiency with tools such as Excel / Sheets, Slack, and CRM / ticketing systems

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote team environment

Familiarity with shipping and fulfillment processes is a plus
