TRC Talent is looking for a Temporary Project Coordinator for our client in Marietta, GA
Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support clinical device tracking across multiple ongoing studies. This temporary role (approximately 9 months) will focus on monitoring device usage, coordinating returns, and ensuring products are shipped back in a timely manner to support regulatory, data collection, and reuse requirements.

- 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday
- $25 / hr+(based on experience)
Key Responsibilities :
Track clinical devices assigned to various study sites and hospitals, ensuring timely return once patients complete participation.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, clinical coordinators, and internal teams regarding device status.Participate in regular calls with customers to gather updates, follow up on outstanding devices, and address any return-related delays.Coordinate closely with logistics, manufacturing, and sales teams to determine device locations, status, and return timelines.Troubleshoot challenges related to device returns, including shipping logistics, international or geopolitical constraints, tariffs, and customs-related issues.Support a high-priority clinical study requiring expedited device returns within customer-specified timelines.Communicate professionally and effectively via email with clinical coordinators and global customer contacts.Assist with creating shipping labels, coordinating carriers, and ensuring compliance with shipping and regulatory requirements.Uphold quality standards while working within established processes and training provided by internal subject-matter experts.Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience in project coordination, logistics, clinical research support, or a related field preferred.Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple moving parts.Ability to troubleshoot shipping challenges and navigate issues such as customs, tariffs, and international return barriers.Experience with UPS, FedEx, WorldShip, bills of lading, or similar logistics tools is a strong plus.Proficiency in email communication and managing device tracking spreadsheets or systems.High level of professionalism, accountability, and ownership of assigned tasks.
