The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Maintenance Technicians in preventive, predictive and corrective activities required to ensure the complete availability of plant all equipment and systems. The Maintenance Supervisor is a working lead who prioritizes, coordinates, assigns and confirms the completion of maintenance staff tasks. The Maintenance Supervisor must be knowledgeable on Maintenance key performance indicators, such as production efficiency, maintenance downtime, on time startups, work order completion, PM completion, strong communication, continuous improvement, and training others.
