Role Overview :
As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our business and elevating our client base. You will develop, implement, and deliver exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day client interactions, and forging enduring relationships.
Your journey will begin with a short stint in our Recruiter role to gain an in-depth understanding of our product before advancing to managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, nurturing client relationships, and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain client accounts, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Travel regularly to cultivate relationships with clients across the country.
- Effectively communicate with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, drive account growth, and identify opportunities.
- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with Sales / Marketing to develop strategies for client retention and expansion
- Monitor client satisfaction, proactively addressing issues for a positive client experience.
- Utilize excellent communication and writing skills to create compelling client presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and client needs to drive innovation.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year University, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing (transcripts may be requested).
- 1-3 of experience in account management preferably at a staffing firm.
- Experience working with notable healthcare organizations including Stanford Healthcare is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills.
- Positive attitude, strong desire to learn, and ability to adapt.
- Energetic, motivated, and self-starting mentality.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Salary Range :
60-90k + bonuses and commission, based on market rate and candidate qualifications.
