Job descriptionReview and prioritize software requests based on business impact Manage SRB backlog, review emails, and send follow-ups Verify naming conventions, versions, and billing numbers Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IT asset management best practices Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Problem-solving and process improvement mindset Knowledge of IT asset management principles Minimum : Some college experience & 1 year in inventory management Preferred : AA / AS in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering; 1 year in Software Asset Management (SAM)
