Your Role (and Impact)

As an Account Director, you'll sit at the epicenter of our client engagementsleading strategy, managing outcomes, and mentoring a small but mighty team. You'll be the person clients trust, internal teams count on, and performance revolves around.

You'll :

  • Own Strategy : Translate client business goals into performance marketing plans that win.
  • Manage the Work : Set the pace, run agile standups, and keep teams aligned and accountable.
  • Lead the Relationship : Be the voice clients count on for clear guidance and smart recommendations.
  • Think in Numbers : Analyze performance data, ask the right questions, and bring strategic insights.
  • Talk on Your Feet : Whether it's presenting to a C-suite or fielding an unexpected question, you're ready.
  • Drive Growth : Spot new opportunities, pitch great ideas, and get buy-in to execute.
  • Mentor & Manage : Be the lead on clients and coordinate resources for those clients.
  • Master the Details : Keep budgets, invoicing, forecasting, and documentation sharp and accurate.
