Sales Enablement Analyst

We're looking for a curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Analyst to join our Sales Enablement team.
This individual must be passionate about data with a strong eye for detail and must be excited to work as part of a team to hone your research capabilities in an environment that is both high-performing and big-hearted. As a Sales Enablement Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in analyzing data and generating insights that drive new client acquisitions and expand existing accounts. By leveraging Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other tools, you'll identify high-potential leads, strengthen BTS's client pipeline, and support sales initiatives across North America. This role also has exposure to training capabilities, where we train our consultants in our sales tools and processes. This position offers a unique opportunity for someone eager to grow rapidly, take on significant responsibilities, and contribute directly to BTS's overall growth. Success in this role requires high levels of proactivity, organization, time management, and communication, as well as a data-driven mindset.
This role is based in NYC, and we have a hybrid work environment with an expectation of at least two days a week in our NYC office (usually Tuesdays and Thursdays). This role will report to the Sales Enablement Associate Manager.
