Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare and manage the restaurants budget, including forecasting and controlling expenses.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service and operations.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
