Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
• Prepare and manage the restaurants budget, including forecasting and controlling expenses.
