HEIDARI LAW GROUP, P.C., is one of the fastest-growing and successful Plaintiff's Personal Injury and Employment law firms in California and Nevada, with principal offices in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, but additional offices throughout both states. We are currently seeking two Personal Plaintiff Litigation Associates to add to our growing team. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates eager to take ownership of his / her own cases and who are not afraid of gaining trial experience. Unlike other firms, we pride ourselves on taking our cases from intake and up and through to trial, if necessary, which provides our employees and candidates the perfect opportunities to gain extensive trial, litigation, and negotiation experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ideal candidate has two (2) to seven (7) years of civil litigation experience.
• Handle between forty (40) to seventy (70) cases, depending on experience.
• Personal injury litigation and Trial experience is a huge plus.
• Employment law experience is a plus, though not necessary.
• Strong familiarity with legal research, including Shephardizing and / or KeyCiting law for law and motion purposes.
• WestlawNext and / or LexisAdvance is a huge plus.
• Federal Court litigation is not necessary, but welcome. We will teach you.

We offer a competitive starting Salary, Bonuses, vacation, 90% medical coverage with Kaiser Gold Plan with the possibility to convert to PPO, and Dental Insurance.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
