About the Role

You’ll handle a mix of complex civil defense matters, including personal injury, premises liability, and professional liability. From day one, you’ll have direct client interaction, work alongside seasoned trial lawyers, and be trusted with meaningful responsibility.

This is an ideal role for an associate who wants to deepen trial and courtroom experience while working on challenging, high-exposure cases for national and Fortune 500 clients.

What You’ll Do

• Defend clients in general liability, products, and professional liability cases.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Take and defend depositions and appear in court regularly.
• Work with partners to shape case strategy and manage files from start to resolution.
• Participate in mediations and trials with opportunities to second-chair.
