- Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of litigation from
- case inception through trial or settlement
- Handle
- discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and court appearances
- Draft and argue
- complex motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Communicate regularly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Collaborate closely with partners, paralegals, and case managers to move cases efficiently through all stages.
- Oversee and guide junior attorneys and support staff on case strategy and workflow.
- Maintain superior attention to detail and time management while handling multiple active files.
- Qualifications
- Required :
- Licensed to practice law in the State of California
- and in good standing.
- 7–8 years of litigation experience
- , specifically in
- Personal Injury
- Strong experience with
- discovery, motion practice, and depositions
- Exceptional
- legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred :
- Trial experience
- or first-chair trial participation.
- Experience handling
- catastrophic injury, wrongful death, or high-value PI cases
- Leadership experience in mentoring or supervising junior attorneys.
