Controls Engineer | Program PLCs | HMI

Overview

Seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Controls Engineer to lead and execute automation and controls projects from concept through completion. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience, with a proven ability to program PLCs from scratch, develop and integrate HMI systems, and successfully manage the execution of automation projects in a manufacturing or industrial setting. This role requires both technical expertise and project management skills to design, implement, and optimize control systems that support production, safety, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute automation and controls projects from concept through completion.
• Program PLCs from scratch and develop / integrate HMI systems.
• Manage the execution of automation projects in a manufacturing or industrial setting; ensure project milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Design, implement, and optimize control systems to support production, safety, and operational efficiency.
