About the Role :

As a Front of House Associate, you’ll play an essential part in creating a warm, welcoming space for our customers while keeping the shop running smoothly. You’ll work across all areas of FOH operations, including :

• Keeping grocery shelves, fridges, and freezers clean, stocked, and organized
• Receiving and putting away deliveries with care and accuracy
• Assisting in handling and stocking our gorgeous, locally-sourced produce
• Maintaining a neat and inviting store environment
• Engaging customers with product knowledge and great service
• Supporting the team in daily cleaning and reset tasks
• Helping create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and community
